3. Quotes and bookings
3.1 Quotes we provide are based on the information you give us and on media-owner rates and availability at the time. They are valid only for the period stated, and remain subject to final confirmation and availability.
3.2 A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it in writing. You are responsible for approving artwork, copy and schedules, and for making sure they are correct and lawful before they are published.
3.3 Media owners set their own deadlines, specifications and terms. Once material has been submitted or a deadline has passed, cancellations, changes and refunds are subject to the relevant media owner’s terms, which we will make you aware of.
4. Your responsibilities for advertising material
You confirm that any material you provide for placement is truthful, is not misleading, does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and complies with all applicable law and advertising codes, including the Consumer Protection Act and the advertising standards that apply in South Africa. You indemnify us against any claim arising from material you supplied.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design and layout of this website belong to All About Ads or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering our services, but you may not copy, republish or reuse the site’s content for other purposes without our permission. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.
6. Limitation of liability
